"Tremendous Amount of Proof" does not equal "Birth Certificate"

"I think it's unfortunate -- he was born in Hawaii, there is a tremendous amount of proof that has already been presented," presidential sibling Maya Soetoro-Ng says on CNN's Piers Morgan Tonight. "I think that it is time for people to put that to bed, put it to rest completely." Note that a "Certificate of Live Birth" is not acceptable in Hawaii as proof of citizenship for anything. There is a reason that "Birth Certificate" is called "Birth Certificate" and not "Certificate of Live Birth." All of this could be put to bed if only one man (0bama) made one phone call (chief of staff) or signed one piece of paper (release order). Something just doesn't smell right. More here and here.
